FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are your Thangka keychains / pendants handmade? Will the colors fade?

Yes, all our Thangka pendants are hand-painted by experienced artists in the Qinghai-Tibet region using natural mineral pigments. The colors are long-lasting and resistant to fading, but please avoid prolonged direct sunlight or humid environments.

How should I care for and clean my Thangka pendant?

Gently dust it with a soft dry brush. Do not use water or chemical cleaners. When not wearing or displaying, store it in the protective dust bag provided to avoid crushing.

What if I don’t like the pendant or it arrives damaged? Can I return or exchange it?

If damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a return or exchange. For returns due to personal preference, buyers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs (provided the item is in resalable condition).

How can I tell if my Thangka pendant is hand-painted, not machine-printed?

Hand-painted Thangkas show natural brushstrokes, pigment layers, and subtle shading under magnification. The back often has pencil marks from the artist or a blessing inscription. Every pendant comes with a hand-painted certificate and is open to professional authentication.
